Arrived at this Panera Bread at 7 minutes until 8 p.m. Closing time is 8 p.m. The door was locked and the young woman emptying trash cans gestured with her hands that they were closed. I pointed to the door and she turned her back. There were 2 females and a male in the store working but no one came to the door and offered to serve us. We were able to find a nearby Zaxby's for a salad where the manager was extremely nice, and took good care of us. Bad customer service, Panera! I was very disappointed since this is a go to for us when we're on the road.November 01, 2016
