- 2 / 5By Bill LeahyWe called to make reservations and were told we could only make reservations online. So we made reservations online. Even got a confirmation email with a confirmation number. We arrived precisely on-time and were told they had no reservations for us. Their reservations were in a paper notebook. The hostess did wave a tablet at us but she claimed their system didn't work and I doubt if she knew how to operate it. They accused us of making reservations for the wrong night. I showed them the confirmation email. All they had was a room without the entertainment. They said they would make it up us. We ordered drinks and it took about 30 minutes for them to show up. When we finally got some food it was good. All in all a pretty lousy experience. I'm giving two stars because the food was good as was the waiter but I doubt if I will ever be back.October 25, 2016
